By accessing or using ScrubIn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ScrubIn on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.

Description of Service

ScrubIn provides a mobile learning platform for surgical education. The service includes microlearning modules, competency tracking, spaced repetition review, and progress analytics. Content is designed for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate professional information and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ScrubIn solely for professional educational purposes. You may not share account credentials, redistribute content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, including modules, assessments, and multimedia materials, is owned by ScrubIn or its content partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal professional development.

Institutional Accounts

Institutions that subscribe to ScrubIn receive additional administrative features including user management, custom content libraries, and aggregate analytics. Institutional administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.

Limitation of Liability

ScrubIn provides educational content and is not a substitute for hands-on clinical training, institutional protocols, or professional medical judgment. We are not liable for clinical decisions made based on platform content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ScrubIn if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to content and progress data will be discontinued.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
